HDI PCB Manufacturing

Review the interconnect architecture before the dense layout is released.

HDI circuit board fabrication for designs with compact routing and advanced via structures. Define the layer connections, dense component areas, and inspection requirements in the manufacturing package.

Your build brief

Define the Next Build

  • Gerber, drill, and layer connection data
  • Stackup and HDI structure drawing
  • Critical footprint and impedance notes
  • Quantity and inspection requirements

Engineering focus

Make the Manufacturing Scope Clear

01

Interconnect Architecture

Describe the proposed microvia, blind, or buried connections and the layers they join. Keep the stackup notation consistent with the drawing and design outputs.

02

Dense Component Interfaces

Identify the package regions that drive the routing density. Share the footprint and breakout requirements so the proposed geometry can be reviewed as a construction, not an isolated minimum feature.

03

Manufacturing Review

Review material, copper, registration, and via construction together. Confirm the applicable specification combination rather than assuming every individual published limit can be combined.

Project questions

HDI PCB Manufacturing FAQ

Are all advanced via structures interchangeable?

No. The layers being connected and the construction sequence matter. Define the intended structure in the fabrication drawing.

Can you also assemble the HDI board?

PCB assembly can be coordinated with fabrication. Include the BOM, placement data, component packages, and required hidden-joint inspection.
