Closed-loop quality control
Four Checkpoints.
One Consistent Build Standard.
Follow each assembly from incoming materials through process checks, final verification, and shipment review.
IQC
Incoming Material Control
Check board condition, component identification, BOM revision, and supplied-material quantities before the build.
IPQC & FAI
In-Process & First-Article Review
Review placement, orientation, and soldering on the initial assembly. Align production checks with the approved build documentation.
FQC
Finished Assembly Verification
Complete visual and solder-joint checks, then programming and functional tests according to the agreed acceptance criteria.
OQC
Outgoing Quality Review
Check assembly identification, required inspection records, protective packaging, and shipment quantities before dispatch.

Inspection & verification
Inspect the Joints.
Test the Functions.
- AOI for placement, polarity, and visible solder features
- X-ray for hidden-joint inspection where specified
- Firmware loading and board-level functional tests
- Agreed burn-in, aging, and final appearance checks

PCB assembly FAQ
Plan Your Build with Confidence
Can you source all the components for my PCB assembly?
Yes. Choose turnkey assembly for coordinated PCB fabrication and component sourcing, or partial-turnkey if you want to supply selected parts. Include manufacturer part numbers and your sourcing preferences in the BOM.
Can I supply my own boards or components?
Yes. Consigned and partial-turnkey arrangements are available. Share the supplied-material list, available quantities, and any packaging or handling requirements before shipment.
Do you assemble BGA and fine-pitch components?
Yes. Include the package details, board files, and inspection requirements so we can review the assembly scope and required checks.
What is needed for functional testing?
Provide the test procedure, expected results, firmware, and any required fixtures or interfaces. We agree the test coverage and acceptance criteria before the build.
What happens if a component is unavailable?
We review procurement availability and coordinate proposed alternatives with your team. Substitutions are agreed before they are used in the assembly.
Can you also supply an enclosure and final assembly?
Yes. We can coordinate PCB assembly with enclosure manufacturing, wiring, final product assembly, programming, and testing.
How is assembly lead time determined?
The schedule depends on board fabrication, component availability, assembly complexity, quantity, and testing. The quotation confirms the production plan for your project.
