Rigid PCB Manufacturing

Rigid circuit boards for defined product interfaces.

FR-4 and multilayer rigid PCB fabrication for control systems, instruments, and embedded hardware. Review the board outline, mounting, copper features, and assembly format before the build.

Your build brief

Define the Next Build

  • Gerber and NC drill files
  • Outline drawing with critical dimensions
  • Material, copper, thickness, and finish
  • Quantity and panel requirements

Engineering focus

Make the Manufacturing Scope Clear

01

Board Outline & Mounting

Define the finished shape, holes, slots, and connector interface dimensions. A dimensioned drawing should identify the critical features that Gerber artwork alone does not explain.

02

Material & Finish

State the required laminate, thickness, copper, solder mask, and surface finish. Mark mandatory selections clearly so an alternative is not treated as an automatic substitution.

03

Assembly Format

Specify whether boards are delivered individually or in an assembly panel. Coordinate handling edges, fiducials, and separation requirements with the downstream assembly plan.

Project questions

Rigid PCB Manufacturing FAQ

Can rigid boards be assembled in the same project?

Yes. PCB fabrication can continue into component sourcing, SMT or through-hole assembly, and testing.

Do you support multilayer rigid boards?

Yes. Include the layer construction and interconnection requirements with the fabrication package for review.
