Turnkey PCB Assembly
Boards, components, and assembly in one project.
Coordinate PCB fabrication, BOM procurement, assembly, and agreed tests through one manufacturing workflow. Give your engineering and purchasing teams a shared build package and clear approval points.
Your build brief
Define the Next Build
- Gerber and board specifications
- BOM and placement/CPL data
- Quantity and approved alternatives
- Programming, testing, and delivery requirements
Engineering focus
Make the Manufacturing Scope Clear
01
Procurement Definition
Provide manufacturer part numbers, quantities, package details, and approved alternatives. Call out controlled parts and substitutions that require explicit engineering approval.
02
Manufacturing Coordination
Keep the board, BOM, and placement data aligned to the same revision. Confirm which items are included in procurement, assembly, programming, and the final quotation.
03
Test & Delivery
Define what makes an assembly acceptable before production. Supply firmware and a functional test procedure where needed, then agree labeling and delivery format.

Project questions
Turnkey PCB Assembly FAQ
Can I supply selected components in a turnkey project?
Yes. Mark those parts in the BOM and agree a partial-turnkey supply arrangement.
Does turnkey automatically include functional testing?
The test coverage is defined in the quotation. Provide the procedure, firmware, and acceptance criteria for any required functional tests.
