PCB & CNC Enclosure Assembly

Make the board and housing work as one assembly.

Coordinate PCB fabrication and assembly with precision CNC enclosures. Review mounting, connectors, clearances, wiring, and the product test plan through the same project.

Your build brief

Define the Next Build

  • PCB and assembly manufacturing files
  • Enclosure STEP model and drawings
  • Mounting, wiring, thermal, and shielding requirements
  • Quantity and product verification plan

Engineering focus

Make the Manufacturing Scope Clear

01

Board-to-Housing Interfaces

Define the PCB outline, mounting hole datums, standoffs, and fastener access. Identify which housing dimensions control the board fit and which tolerances must be coordinated.

02

Connector & Cable Access

Align port openings with the installed board and connector envelope. Check mating access, cable routing, switches, and service features against the assembled product.

03

Thermal & Shielding Requirements

Share the intended thermal contacts, ventilation, and shielding requirements. Define these as project requirements; enclosure material alone is not a promise of thermal or EMC compliance.

04

Assembly & Test

Plan the order of board installation, wiring, programming, and closure. Establish the tests that can be performed before and after the housing is assembled.

Project questions

PCB & CNC Enclosure Assembly FAQ

Can I order the PCB and enclosure separately?

Yes. They can be supplied as individual items or combined into a complete assembly.

Does an aluminum enclosure guarantee EMI or thermal performance?

No. Performance depends on the product design and verification. Supply the requirements and acceptance tests so they can be included in the project scope.
